Terms of Use for Fluxurize apps

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of the iOS applications developed and published by Fluxurize, including Fluxurize n8n and Fluxurize Make, as well as any future Fluxurize companion apps. Fluxurize n8n may be referred to as “Fluxurize n8n Pro” in some product descriptions when Pro features are enabled.

2. Independent product

Fluxurize n8n is an independent client and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with n8n GmbH. All trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners.

3. Use of the App

The App allows you to connect to one or more n8n instances that you control. You are solely responsible for:

• The configuration and security of your n8n server or servers
• Any data processed by your n8n workflows
• The API keys and credentials you provide to the App

Fluxurize is not responsible for the operation, reliability, or security of your self-hosted or cloud-hosted n8n environment.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Apps may offer optional Pro features via one time purchases or subscriptions. In particular, Fluxurize n8n Pro Monthly is offered as an auto renewable subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed via your Apple ID settings. Fluxurize does not handle refunds directly, refund requests must be submitted to Apple.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You use the App at your own risk and you are responsible for ensuring that your n8n server is properly configured and secured.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxurize shall not be liable for any loss of data, failures caused by your own infrastructure, loss of profits, or any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Fluxurize may suspend or discontinue the App, or specific features, at any time without prior notice.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available within the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms.
